5 Bad Habits I Want to Break in 2016

I Know What I Want and I know is not going to be easy.

I have to really fight about quitting something that is already a habit, but I’ll do my best to make myself proud at the end of the year when I come up with the 2016 resolutions.

Here you are Mel, I know you can do it!

– Eat less salty, more healthy

– Wake up before 8 AM everyday

– Get more organized

– Workout and meditate in the mornings

– Learn to don’t think too much and don’t take things personally

  1. In my top three habits to break in this wonderful 2016 – Learn to don’t think too much and don’t take things personally – is number one! ( I think you know even better than me why 🙂 ) the second is to try not to let small things to stay in my way when I want to achieve something, and the third is to wake up every morning at lest at 8 :)) exception on Sundays :* good luck in this, we will see the results in those 100 awesome facts about 2016 in 31 December ( remember?) !!!

I’m sure we will do our best to not think too much or to achieve happiness without anything coming in between, most of the time…. but sometimes we just need somebody to push a little from our back or simply just a reminder (something like this post) to stick to the plan. Surround yourself with posters, stickers, phone screen savers etc. to remind you what you want to achieve everyday, till it becomes a habit to see them, say them and feel them in your life. Good luck and yes, lets talk about how many nice things we achieved in 2016 at the end of the year resolutions.
